3. Recommend sources of financing and arrange mortgage pre-approval, if required
4. Provide information on 5% down program , if applicable

b - Transferred to a more expensive location
c - Lost money on former home
d - Marriage breakup
5. Provide information on First time Home Buyers' RRSP Program , if applicable
6. Show Customer a few listings to ascertain interest
8. Plot suitable listings on map to evaluate suitability of location
9. Make appointments and show properties
10. Repeat process until Purchase finds suitable accommodation
11. Provide market information on comparables sold, listed and expired to establish market value
13. Inform the Purchaser of expenses associated with the purchase of a home

14. Prepare an "Agreement of Purchase and Sale" according to the Purchaser's direction and consistent with/without Buyer Agency Agreement
