She provides each Vendor with a detailed Comparative Market Analysis and Letter of Opinion, Feature Sheet, photographs, property and direction signs. She advises the Vendor on house preparation for procuring the highest price.
She has developed a large computer data base of clientel with which she can match property. She notifies her clients of opportunities as they come on the market. She supplies each client with a map of properties of interest together with detailed information. Clients have the freedom to drive past prospective properties or visit those of special interest by appointment arranged by Maureen.
