Maureen O'Sullivan was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She excelled in her studies at D'Arcy McGee High School. Four years later, in 1958, she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University. Maureen was employed by the Stormy Weather Group in the Physics Research Department at McGill University as a research scientist. She married a Mechanical Engineer, a graduate of McGill University, and raised a son, Tom, and daughter, Alanna. In 1979 the family moved to Georgetown, Ontario. In 1989, after Tom and Alanna graduated from the University of Toronto, Maureen decided to become a Real Estate Sales Representative.

Maureen enjoys working with and helping first time home buyers, transferees, empty nesters, senior citizens, up graders and down sizers. She also has clients who are investors and many clients searching for farms, hobby farms and vacant land. She devotes most her time to Real Estate. She inspects most of the properties as they come on the market, evaluates each and tries to match them with her customers requirements. She has an extensive computer data base containing over a 3500 clients. She has an extremely well developed memory for recalling clients names and requirements, properties, locations, features and prices. She knows the market value of country and in town properties. She has a well developed ability to evaluate the market. She prepares advertising, feature sheets, brochures, has the property professionally photographed and signs installed. She advises the Vendor on house preparation to procure the highest price.

She has developed a large computer data base of clientele searching for property. She notifies her clients of opportunities as soon as possible after they come on the market. She supplies each client with a map of properties of interest together with detailed information. Clients have the freedom to drive past prospective properties or visit those of special interest by appointments arranged by Maureen.

Thanks to all of her clients and the help of her husband, Maureen has had success far beyond her wildest expectations. In 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001 & 2006 Maureen was in the top 100 RE/MAX agents in Canada. RE/MAX currently has over 16,200 Sales Associates. She has been a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007. Hall of Fame Member, 2001. She managed to join the Chairman's Club in 2006. Lifetime Achievement Award, 2006.
